Sirv upgrade / account settings — confused

Three different accounts, and none are at full capacity.

I'm not sure why we are being asked to upgrade the accounts?

Hi Mark,
Urgent! Your Sirv account iscaart will be frozen in 2 days if you don't upgrade your plan. It has exceeded its monthly data transfer allowance for 2 months in a row.
Images will stop being served to your websites if your account becomes frozen.

Hold the phone. I'm confused. 

We have three accounts. I think we are square with our accounts this month. 

Yes. We had a weird month in August and a bit into September, but that has been changed. We are not serving ISCA videos any longer from the ISCAart account.

So, I think we are all good with our account. 

We should not need to upgrade.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
