Fixed:
The LearnDash Course, Global Library for ISCA Members had an expire setting turned ON for a duration of 365 days. Now that is off.
We sell access to the Group ISCA Members, and that group includes the course, Global Library for ISA Members. This course should not have a time limit.
Points to ponder for troubleshooting:
Access to this course has expired if the user's subscription has expired.
- The subscriber / user might have joined ISCA a year ago and obtained an annual membership. After one year, the membership would need another payment / renewal. If no renewal, then no access to the course, Global Library for ISCA Members.
Check to see if there are two or more user accounts for the same person. The user might be using a different email address.
- WordPress only knows one email address. If anyone tries to join, they can get an account. But, that account won't be given group access nor access to the Global Library for ISCA Members.
Before a coupon can be applied to an existing account, the user needs to login to that account. Otherwise, the error, user account already exists, is presented.
Other tips for Administrators:
Coupons should not have weird characters, such as ('), apostrophe. That character breaks the coupon at login.
