KEAP

Hi Mark,

The end of the year is almost here, which means time is running out to comply with email changes mandated by Google and Yahoo!

Here are the deadlines you need to be aware of to ensure your emails continue to be received by contacts at those major providers:

  • Jan. 1, 2024: It’s crucial to finalize your custom domain creation and complete DKIM/DMARC authentication using our new domain authentication process by Jan. 1. Failure to do so could result in disrupted email delivery starting Feb. 1.
  • Feb. 1, 2024: After this date, Google and Yahoo! will reject emails from domains that don’t meet their new DKIM/DMARC authentication and compliance requirements. At Keap, we won’t send emails from unauthenticated domains because we need to prioritize the security and dependability of our email system for all Keap customers.

Our records indicate that one or more domains you’re using inside Keap have NOT yet been authenticated with DKIM/DMARC protocols.

Authenticate your domain(s) now using the steps in the help articles that apply to your edition of Keap:

(Note: If your domain(s) already show as “Connected” on the domain authentication page, please disregard this message and click here to be removed from future reminders about this.)

Why this matters
You’ll no longer be able to send email from Keap using unauthenticated domains after Feb. 1, 2024. Take action now to prevent any disruptions in email delivery from your Keap app.

At Keap, ensuring the security and reliability of your email communication is our priority, and we’ve updated the Keap software to make email authentication and compliance as easy as possible.

As always, our support team is here to help. You can chat with us 24/7 inside your Keap app, or call us Mon.-Fri. 5 a.m. – 6 p.m. PT at +1 866-800-0004.
