This is a site hosted at Go Daddy.
The default WordPress memory limit is generally set to 256 MB. IAGC.global is now set to 40M.
Insights: https://www.siteground.com/kb/increase-wp-memory-limit/
To witness:
To see this, go to WP's Dashboard
Tools --> Site Health --> TAB at top center of screen to INFO
Then see WP Constants and it reads:
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT 40M
Please boost that from 40M to 256M or better yet, 512M.
To increase it, edit the wp-config.php file (/home/customer/www/yourdomain.com/public_html by default). Copy this line:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
and paste it into the file, right before this one:
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */
Or, You can replace the current value (40) you see in the quotes to with a new one (512).
Then the All-In-One WP Migration will have enough memory to save the backup so it can be downloaded.

Solution ideas:
Can some tech person with C-Panel or FTP access kindly get the .wpress file (any of them) that resides in the site's directory: wp-content --> ai1wm-backups --> filename**.wpress .
Then, if that file exists, get this to me via DropBox. I'm at Mark@Rauterkus.com.
But, a memory issue might be present, as addressed above.
